PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including:

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard Debit, Mastercard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

The final charge for international customers will depend on the exchange rate applied by your card provider. Please note that item prices do not include customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges. All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning any applicable import fees will be charged to the recipient upon arrival in their country.

Definition of 'Writing':
When we refer to "writing" or "written", this includes emails.

4. Our Contract With You

Order Acceptance
Your order is accepted when full payment is received and you receive an order confirmation email from us. At this point, a contract is formed between you and Athlite.

Order Refusal
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order (for example, due to age restrictions, payment issues, or stock limitations). If an order is not accepted, we will notify you and you will not be charged.

Order Number
We will provide an order number upon confirmation. Please reference this number in all communications with us.

5. Our Products

Images and Descriptions
All images on our website are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to ensure product colours and materials are accurately displayed, but variations may occur depending on your device screen.

Size Accuracy
You are responsible for selecting the correct size. For guidance, contact us at info@athlite.co.uk or through our contact us page on the website.

6. Making Changes to Your Order

If you'd like to make a change after placing an order, contact us promptly. We will let you know if changes are possible and inform you of any price, timing, or other necessary adjustments.

7. Our Right to Make Changes

We may make minor changes to reflect updates in legal requirements or technical improvements, which will not affect your use of the product.

8. Delivery

UK Deliveries-  Standard delivery (1–3 working days).
International Deliveries
£20 flat rate.
Delivery time varies by location (typically 3+ working days).
Delivery is considered complete when the parcel arrives at your specified address.
Import Duties & Compliance
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in your country. Athlite does not cover these charges.

9. Product Responsibility

You are responsible for the product from the time it is delivered. Ownership transfers to you once full payment has been received.

10. If You Do Not Provide Required Information

If we request details to fulfil your order and you do not respond in time, we may cancel your order or charge a reasonable fee to cover extra work.

11. Your Right to Cancel

If You’ve Changed Your Mind (UK & EEA Customers Only)
You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions include:

Unsealed hygiene items (e.g. underwear).
Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery.
How to Cancel
To cancel:

Submit a return request via the Returns section of our website;
Email refunds@athlite.co.uk with your order number;

Returning the Product
You must return products within 7 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Refunds are issued using your original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return or valid proof of postage. Deductions may be made if the product is damaged due to improper handling.

12. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your order if:

Payment is not made;
Required information isn’t provided;
You do not accept delivery.
We will refund any amounts paid if the contract is cancelled for these reasons.

14. Pricing and Payments

Prices
We take care to ensure prices are accurate, but in the event of a clear error, we may cancel your order and refund you.

VAT Changes
If VAT changes after you place your order but before dispatch, we will adjust the total unless you've already paid in full.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Full payment is required before dispatch.

15. Our Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by a breach of these terms or negligence, but not for unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful (e.g. injury caused by negligence or fraud).

We use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Other Legal Terms

Transfer of Rights: We may transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement. You may only do so with our written consent.
Third Parties: This agreement is solely between you and Athlite.
Severability: If any part of this contract is found illegal, the remaining parts will still apply.
Enforcement Delay: If we delay enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English law. Legal proceedings can be brought in the English courts.
